WeBarre Signature Multi-Level

Our signature multi-level class is an exhilarating workout inspired by ballet, yoga, pilates & strength training to transform your entire body (yes you heard right!). Classes will be a fusion of isometric holds (small controlled movements) and full-range dynamic movements that will challenge you to build strength yet moving gracefully with poise. Think body control, flow, strength & technique fused into one class – challenging you to go beyond your limits!

WeBarre Fundamentals

Perfect for beginners who want a taste of barre and the opportunity to learn the signature moves at a slower pace. The class will focus on technique & form in a more intimate setting so you will have plenty of guidance in anything you’re unsure of. But don’t be fooled, it’s still a dynamic workout that’s guaranteed to give you that burn and make you sweat! Great for anyone who is up to 15weeks prenatal or postnatal too.

WeBarre Strong

Say hello to WeBarre Strong, an efficient and effective combination of Strength Training, Barre Technique and Cardio HIIT! We make use of free weights (barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells) and bodyweight to create a workout that is safe whilst building strength & moving functionally. Lift weights to build lean muscle, burn fat and feel good inside-out in this progressive, results-driven class that will have you feeling STRONG!

WeBarre Stretch & Technique

This class is designed to complement your barre classes by stretching out all of those muscles you have burned. We will work on increasing flexibility, improving mobility and reducing your risk of injury. This class will include a mix of Floor Barre moves to improve the technical precision of barre exercises, deep active stretching assisted by the instructor and even the occasional partner stretch to help you go deeper! Walk out of this class opened up, lengthened and feeling good from head to toe!

WeBarre Pre-Natal

Calling all pregnant mums-to-be! Did you know that keeping active while pregnant has countless benefits for you and your baby? Your body & posture changes through pregnancy and our Pre-Natal Barre class will educate you on how to better support those demands on your body and prepare it for birth. Our smaller class size will promise you individual attention whilst giving you a fun, safe and effective barre workout!

WeBarre Mums & Bubs

Reconnect with your body, enjoy movement that feels good, and bond with your little one in our 60-minute Mum & Bubs class.
Designed for postpartum mums, this supportive, low-impact barre class focuses on gentle strengthening of your core and pelvic floor through full-body movement. Suitable for all fitness levels, it’s a welcoming way to ease back into exercise while keeping your baby close.
Mum & Bubs is also about community - meet other mums, share the journey together, and connect through early motherhood. Please bring a baby carrier if attending with your little one, though you’re also welcome to join solo for some “me” time. Babies are welcome from 4 weeks old until they become walkers (usually 12-18 months mark).

WeBarre Private

 

Prefer to have a private class with your favourite instructor? Whether it’s to break down movements, work on a specific technique or just to have a killer 1:1 workout, this is YOUR time. We will even curate a playlist just for you! Feel free to come on your own or with your BFF, the option is all yours!
